They claim they don't take orders from the mobile app. Funny thing about that is.... I ordered from this location 2-3 weeks ago from the mobile app, order went through and was delivered. Funny how that works, isn't it? They took the money from my account, then they canceled my order that they claim they never received, and refused a refund. Folks, this exact issue is a recurring theme with this place. As far back as June of 2020, they've had this exact problem. People will place orders on the mobile app, it'll get picked up by some third party delivery person, then they'll cancel the order and refuse refunds after claiming they never got the order. Funny thing about how these app systems work.... the order doesn't get printed out or put up on a screen until payment is secured or cash is selected for an instore pickup.

Today’s order #95 3 meals ordered. ZERO fries for the three orders! I’m waiting on the one time you all get my order right... Btw don’t offer frozen drinks if you can’t upsize the customers desired size of drink if your machines can’t stay up with the product you sell then stop offering frozen drinks... It’ll be awhile before I come back again!

Decent service. Only issues really are the length of time it takes from ordering to recieving my order due to the fact that they prepare orders as they are made. Also, from time to time, ive had to wait for a long while just for an employee to be around to actually take my order. These experiences have taken place in the late night hours however.
