Kfc

The food was great. Hot and fresh. The crew was polite and friendly. But the lobby was a real mess. My wife and I clean our seats and table everywhere we go before we sit down to eat. Every table in there was nasty. We went through three times the cleaning wipes we usually use. This KFC was just remodeled too. It's sad.

This location has pretty helpful staff for the most part. The quality of the food is consistently fresh. They recently remodeled and it looks refreshingly different and welcoming. My concern is the lack of cleanliness with the floors and tables. They should be cleaned more consistently and thoroughly. The restroom area was a disappointment as well. Cleanliness should be priority.

I went through the drive thru....after ordering as I approached the window the cashier informed me KFC was out of parts of chicken that's comes with the combo I ordered.I let him know any substitute will do as long as I didn't have to pay extra. I was thanked with a smile and received my food pretty quick. Drove off .Three stop lights later checked my food..mac n cheese missing. Hey but my Coleslaw was there. Wait no eating utensils. Has to get back in drive thru line 🙄

It was alright the food was good. I went to get unsweetened tea and the tea look like water coming out. It didn't even look like tea. I opened the container up to see if it was empty and it was full. I went to the front and asked the nice lady if they had any unsweetened tea in the back so she checked and came back with a large cup full. It was dark like tea but when I tasted it. Well it tasted watered down. Not sure who is teaching them how to make tea but please go back and retrain. Thank you.

The reason why this place got two stars is because they had a new employee on the front counter understand first they got to get some things done and as a customer you expect that there will be some slowness but it seems like the manager at hurt ill-prepared to do the task at hand also the kitchen scene unorganized and it just wasn't a good eating experience or should I say dining experience at this location in Wards Corner. It would be a long time before I attempt to go to this location again and may not go to this location ever if the situation does not improve, perhaps hiring additional personnel would be a start instead of being stretched thin to either save money or due to...
