Ruby Tuesday

Ordered the salad bar with the upgrade trio farm veggies (grilled zucchini, baked sweet potato, and steamed broccoli) with a coke zero Jacob was my server. When the trio arrived, a plain baked potato was on the plate, he quickly noticed and brought me the sweet potato as requested. He returned several times to check on me and refilled my soda without my needing to ask. When came time to pay he thanked me for my military service and provided the discount. $16.99 was the tab, I left a $9 tip. As a chef, I know the FOH struggle and tip well for good service. Evidently I had dropped a couple dollars on the floor by table when I got up, and he stopped me as I was leaving to return it. I thanked him and told him to add it to what ever I had already left him . He was worthy of the 80% tip.

Ordered two meals to go, chicken parmigiana and the Asiago chicken, in total $37 for the meals. The chicken parmigiana the noodles were half cold, and the chicken did not taste good at all. The Asiago chicken was slightly better, but over all nothing was worth the price paid. Will not go again to this location

The service is what sets restaurants like Ruby Tuesday's apart. Because the food is the same pretty much no matter which location you visit. In this case, we weren't taken care of. My drink (Diet Coke) sat empty for 16 minutes (at least). That means nobody came by to check on is. Later, my son's water sat empty for 8 minutes. My order came with fries. No ketchup was offered. It's the little things that set places like this apart. Sorry, this location was just average.

Went in for an early dinner before catching a movie. Hardly any other customers so we got seated right away. Our waitress was very nice, had a great smile, and very helpful with my questions about some of the menu items. Got our food after a short wait and it was delicious. Very hot, the chicken was tender, sauce was finger licking good, and grilled veggies were so yummy. Desert could have been a bit better if the cake was warm but still very good. Price was great as well as we got plenty of food without spending too much. Will definitely try them out again.

I visit here often with my son. The servers are friendly and accommodating. The food is really good. The manager sometimes comes to our table to ask us how is everything. Nice touch to show they are concerned. The salad bar is well stocked and clean. I love the grilled asparagus. The drinks are not that strong except the Ruby Relaxer, which is my favorite. Always a good experience on the occasions we've been to this location.

I'm down for a work conference this week and arrived in town late. Ruby Tuesday was one of the only non fast food options still open and I had never been to one before so I decided to stop in. I sat at the bar and the bartender Eva was very friendly and very knowledgeable on the menu. I had the Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Pasta, it was wonderful chicken was cooked well and the shrimp was outstanding. I definitely recommend for anyone who's fron out of town.

I love this place. Service is great always checking on you right when you need it. If you want great drinks ask for cupcake to make your drinks or find out when hes working. Not saying the other bartenders aren't they great. Just cupcake is my favorite. It is now my number 1 spot to go to. Food is always on point.
