I place a order at the drive thru after I paid for the order I was told to pull up in a parking spot it was downhill from there.I waited patiently. 15 minutes later I saw a worker come out to the end of the building and go back inside. I parked where the employee told me to park. The drive- thru was backed up. I finally went inside also waiting.The manager asked had my order been taken?( I said yes at the drive thru) She said talk louder I can't hear you? For one the music was blasted! I repeated myself asked for a refund. The manager then asked what did I order?( I told her) She then asked for a receipt which I never got. She also said its not ready because one person fix kfc and the other one fix tacos( I said no worries can I please get a refund) at that moment a worker comes and says the order is still sitting over by the drive thru window I didn't see you. She said oh there it go. ( I said its okay mam can I please get a refund) The manager I cant take that back after its been sitting over there. ( I asked again can I get a refund) Total wait time from the drive- thru until I left 35 minutes. The lady in the green shirt going back and forth was not an example of good customer service The gentlemen that gave the refund was more pleasant than the manager was ,The tone of voice and pointing was so not necessary. The manager was basically ignoring my request for a refund. Not even considering it could've well been my lunch break was over or anything. I've been getting out more visiting places in search of good service not just in fine dining but fast food as well. I must say chick.film.A stays busy as well however the customer service is what stands out!

I will come here weekly, usually getting the chicken sandwich combos or the sandwiches by themselves. Most times the food is very good, but on occasion an item maybe not so fresh. For example at times the chicken sandwiches are very fresh and good and it other times you can tell they've been sitting around for a while. Today I ordered a 4 tender combo, and because at times the fries are not that fresh, I asked for mashed potatoes and gravy oh, but when I open my box when I got home all that was there where the french fries that were not that hot. They did not complete my order correctly.

Me and my boyfriend usually do not have any problems at this location but the customer service for us today was just truly unacceptable. We paid for our meal and was told to go park in one of the parking spots because they were still making our food. We waited, and waited, and waited. No one came out. A truck driver went in, grabbed their food, and came out in a matter of minutes. We were still waiting. My boyfriend went and grabbed our food. They had it sitting talking about they thought we pulled off. The lady should have said to them that we were waiting in the parking lot. Too busy dancing around and laughing and goofing off while we trying to get our food. Unprofessional and the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Then to top all that off, my famous bowl barely had any chicken. Mostly gravy was all i tasted. Disappointing as we never had issues at this location. I don't even think there was any supervision in there at all. Absolutely terrible😑

had a pretty big order and when we pulled up to the window, he was the only employee we saw in there. a line started to form and we waited about 10-15 minutes for our food, but it was worth the wait. the whole order was correct and tasted good, it seemed like a harder night so it was really awesome of him to help us out as quickly and proficiently as he did👍

There was miscommunication about our order, which was no fault of the person taking our order. We ended up getting the food we accidentally ordered and the food we intended on ordering. They were going through a rush and everyone was busy, so I really wasn’t worried about the wait time.. as long as my food was correct and not cold, I really don’t mind. They made everything right and they were professional and friendly.

Should of saw the red flag when I saw the long line thru. Decided to go inside instead and STILL had to wait entirely too long for food. Plus they had no fountain drinks available. The only drink they had available was sweet tea and it tasted absolutely horrible. Do yourself a favor and find another location. You will be done got your order done twice before getting one done here.
