I am only sharing this to inform customers that at THIS location there is NOT an on-site bakery, the restaurant receives their donuts from a location that has a bakery between the hours of 4am and 5am EVERYDAY. I humbly apologize if at anytime anyone has received Stale donuts. I will make sure to leave a note expressing your concerns to individuals at the Spalding location. Hope that you have a better experience in the future.

The employees working 7/19/21 pm shift have no customer service experience at all. I asked for two Boston kreme donuts and got three nasty steal donuts with paper stuck to them. I had to ask if i need to pull around. When i pulled up to the Window Jayla didn’t say a word to me took my card. Never told me the total ran my card and handed my drink. I said thank you and still no words and then she walked away. Not to mention i was charged for three donuts that’s wasn’t even Boston kreme. The score in the window from health inspection says they didn’t hold heat or serve food with right temperatures so there’s no telling what happened to these nasty donuts. How do you have a job with no communication?

Worst store in Atl. Dunkin donuts is great. This location is not, it needs it franchise revoked. Been here three tinmes, every time they are out of something no bread, coffe ran out, chicken is still frozen. The final time that made me finally write a review.....we were told to wait by the cashier in the drive thru about five min, we did, place our order. Then a few min later we were informed all the bread was frozen they can only serve hot or cold coffee. I asked why did she wait five min to tell us that. They mumbled something. We left. Third times a charm I hope they bk.
