Bombetta

It has a nice casual ambience. The food is okay but nothing special and Noosa priced (a little overpriced for taste and serving size). The owner is great, relatively new to the restaurant game but friendly, helpful and offering fast, efficient service. Thankfully, i arrived before happy hour finished. My Negroni cocktail was $14, definitely not worth the regular $20. This pic is the untouched cocktail. Most of that is ice. Would i return? . . . probably not. Would i recommend it? . . . sure, give it a go.

To save yourself a long read - DO NOT EAT HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Cannot even describe how disappointed I was in our dinner tonight. Had heard great things about the restaurant (obviously previous owners), and was looking forward to visiting during my first trip to Noosa. Everywhere else I've eaten in Noosa has been some of the best food I've ever had but this was absolutely the opposite. The spaghetti bolognese had absolutely ZERO flavour, the sauce had obviously not been seasoned at all. Legitimately a $3 can of sauce from the supermarket has more flavour. My partners pasta was no better and our garlic bread was burnt (more flavour in the burnt bread than the garlic). I was served a headless beer from a child (must have been maybe 8-10) and the lemon squash we received was just solo poured out of a can (in front of us). We paid almost $90 for this, probably the worst restaurant meal I've ever purchased. The new owners should be ashamed of themselves for both serving this food and charging what they do. Absolute joke.

Food was ok, attitude of new owner the worst I asked the owner (new owner) to honor the Entertainment book voucher discount and he said he is not honoring that.
