Had a very good experience with Noida Sec 18 Branch. I had a Demat account related problem for which I visited 2-3 branch including my home branch before visiting Sec 18 Branch. Kajal ma'am handled my case in Demat desk. She got so in-dept knowledge in this and provided very good customer service and explained the entire process through which my issue is resolved now.

Reviewing my recent experience opening an NRI account: Wanted to open an NRE/NRO account at ICICI. Had to close my resident account and then took a few days to open the new NRE account. ICICI uses a Kit system where your internet banking credentials, debit cards and pins are all put together into a kit and handed over right at the time of application ensuring that you dont have to wait weeks to get this account actually activated. Account was fully activated in about 4 working days. Also to appreciate the work done by the executive, Ritu Ahuja - polite, warm and very efficient in getting everything done asap. Thanks and renewed my faith in continuing my over a decade long relationship with a very tech savvy ICICI bank!
