Absolutely awful experience at this location. Prior to ordering the Website showed a 10 minute pick up time. I ordered my food and drove there at the beginning of my lunch break. Once I arrived I checked my my phone and it showed a ready pick up time of 40 minutes after the time I ordered. I asked the employee to expedite the process. After waiting for 20 minutes I finally watched my name appear on the preparing screen. In the meantime, I watched 3 customers place new orders at the counter and receive their door before mine was even started. I asked for a manager & was greeted by Jose. Jose could not have been less helpful, understanding, or sympathetic when I told him I had an hour lunch break and that ordering ahead was a time saving measure. There are multiple employees that are great at this store that I’ve dealt with in the past, but this is probably the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.

After multiple times orders and picking up from this location I have confirmed this is the worst Panera in the north shore area. Avoid it all cost so we can get some serious attention to it from corporate and maybe they will finally train the staff better in customer service. Also the food is bad. I ordered a Greek salad once and the peppers and olives were bad in it. Yuck.

Rarely right. Today we were missing a drink, soup, bread, chips, apple. I arrived 10 minutes after getting the “ready” email. Apparently it was a joke. They are understaffed, poorly managed, and overrun with customers. Order accuracy has to be #1. Without it, nothing else matters. They can and must do better. I expect some value when I pay this much. We said we were missing part of our order and the girl laughed. Unreal. Wish I had a corner bakery close by.

Every time I've been in the drive through it's been some triggered teenager working. The least you can do is hire someone who pretends to be nice. Food is not even what you'd expect from a Panera which is a low bar too.

This Panera is close to home so I always go to this location., though not a single time I go does my order not get messed up. Literally every time I come they forget something And will put ice if u ask for none. In other words there's ALWAYS AT VERY LEAST 1 mistake. Can never trust leaving wo inspection. And my latest visit when they forgot the sides in drive thru (just 2 pieces of bread) the man at window asked for the bag back to check, as if we were lying. It's horrible. This location NEVER gets ur order right /complete. It's insane that is even possible to do so 100% of the time yet the manage the feat.

Placed a large order by phone….service was professional and timely. I didn’t have any issues. Went inside to pick it up, everyone was pleasant.

Panera in Niles is failing.
Drive thru is very convenient its hardly opened. When it does open why am I wait 15 to 30 minutes?
It could be a simple order of green tea but the cashier at the window seem very lost.. If there wasn't a curb in the way I would definitely left went inside or some were else. Get it together Panera
