Put an order in through DoorDash. My driver sent me a message that the store claimed they didn't have my order. I called the other store in my location and they didn't have my order. I had my washer call me personally. The employee said they found my order on the floor. So their incompetence caused me undo stress. No apologies were offered. No discount. Nothing. I'm done with SUBWAY.

Twice now that I've ordered from them on delivery.com they COMPLETELY swapped the toppings on the sandwiches, ruining a $35 meal. Go to the one next to newton 66. It's MUCH better

Ordered online to prevent contact with people as they offer. Order was ready at about 6:45. Showed up around 6:40 and waited 10 minutes until someone finally came to the window. Lady handed the bag over and stated everything was in the bag. I should of checked but considering it was a first time eating there it would of been okay. The pizza I had ordered was cold as if someone had cooked it and then left it out for an hour. The cold cut combo was warmer then my pizza and it wasn’t toasted. The chips and drink that I had paid for was also not in the bag either.

Better subway than the one at newton 66. Always clean. Just a helpful tip to the older gal working, stop asking "is that it?" Every single time after the customer tells you what individual veggies they would like. It's extremely rude.
