Wing Stop

We said that we would never go back because of they have the worst customer service ever, but we made the mistake again. 12/12/2020 2:30PM We completed an online order with a confirmation that it would be ready 16 to 21 minuets. 30 wings 2 fries. We arrived 25 minutes later and proceeded to wait another 30 minuets along with 4 other individuals. When I was finally handed the order I asked for the ranch dressing because I didn't see her put any in bag. She told me it was inside the order. Ok great. I get to the car and realize that a french fry is missing. I go back inside and proceed to wait another 10 minuets for french fries. Fries come up and they start making other orders while I just need my missing fries. I had to bring that to their attention. We get home and NO dressings inside the wing order either! Such a disgrace. The food is pretty good but not nearly worth the trouble. They only serve Wings and Fries, so its pretty hard to screw it up, but they do their best to accomplish that every single time.

Everytime I Come here it's a extremely long wait, and it always seems to be unsupervised Teenagers working alone, answering personal phones while taking my order at the register. If your calling the Store phone they won't answer it was ringing literally the whole 45mins i was there and they are just keeping looking around as if its not ringing. Also they are preparing and bagging the food with NO GLOVES !!! WHEN YOU MAY ASK 9/1/2020 and they are doing as if it's their regular routine. Love the food but not the service......

My husband drove all the way to Newnan just to grab us some to bring back to Carrollton, only for our orders NOT to be boneless, one of my flavors wasnt right, my cajun corn was nasty af and the fries just disrespectful. The best thing was the rolls. Ill never visit this location again. Wish they had zeros on here, eneded up cooking which is what i was trying to avoid

Check your order!! I ordered online at 6;50 went to pick up at 7;15...they quoted 16-21 minutes. I get there and was given my order...I checked it before leaving and was missing 16 boneless wings...told the cashier. They were going to make them after 15 minutes waiting I really just wanted my money back and keep your wings. I told the cashier my fries are now cold both the regular and voodoo...she was great, patient and understanding and had the fries remade. After an hour since I placed my order for it to be complete is not good. My tenders are cold because they weren't remade. 1st time and last time!!
