The "Jake Shake", a protein shake with banana and peanut butter is like playing Mario kart or Goldeneye on Nintendo 64, it's the best. If you love peanut butter like me do yourself a favour, go in, pull out $10, buy one and witness the birth of Christ. Stay humble 🤙

My go to after a session at the gym. The best Açai bowls and protein shakes in Newcastle. The coffee is on point every time and service is always delivered with a smile and a laugh. Never disappoints!!!

The Buzz has the best Acai bowls in Newcastle. I get excited just thinking about eating one. All the ingredients are fresh cut and mixed and of the highest quality. If you haven't had one yet I implore you to get one. They also make great protein shakes and juices. A great selection of healthy treats of which the gluten free caramel slice is my favourite. Basically the buzz is an amazing place to get the snack of your healthy eating dreams!!! P.s thank you Bella for staying back late and making me the best Acai bowl ever!!!

This place doesn't get the publicity it deserves! Stumbled across it by accident and it is the most amazing healthy food store, from Acacia bowls to tasty coffee, but my favourite is the chocolate spiders. Now every time hubby goes to dougheads I go here.

Stale muffins and chunky juices.
My muffin was stale and had mould on it. My juice wasn't blended properly and the service was poor. The owner was rude and wasn't very warm and welcoming. The salads were way too expensive for such a small serving size. Most of the juices and food could be made at home much better and cheaper.
