We have only had coffee here so far but it is always delicious and extremely quick and hot. The lovely young waitress who works on Saturdays is an asset to the business. She is polite, sweet and never spills a drop of coffee! Great job. We will come for some food soon.

Vibe is great, food and coffee is awesome, one of the lovely staff even took a photo of my partner and I when she saw us taking a selfie. We chatted for a little bit, she was so kind! Will be back for dinner for sure

Aww stumbled across this place in Beaumont St Hamilton called Overtime cafe,cocktails and piano bar with Malaysian cuisine. My wife took me in and we had the best eggs Benedict I have ever had with beautiful bacon. We also had an amazing cup of coffee to go with breakfast after we finished we decided to go back that evening for dinner. What a way to celebrate my 62nd Birthday. Thank you to all the staff the service was excellent 10/10 we will be back.

Great place for a casual dinner. Espresso Martini could have done with a touch more alcohol to balance out the coffee flavour. Lamb shank was cooked beautifully and was well complemented by the red wine jus.

I had the best Malaysian food in Newcastle at Overtime Cafe - my friends recommended and I was initially skeptical because I’m Malaysian and tough to please but man everything was amazing. We ordered Malaysian Curry chicken, Curry Laksa vego, Bak Kut Teh (brought back memories of Malaysia, it was so damn good), and sweet & sour barramundi. Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed! Grab a pint to wash it all down, or treat yourself to an espresso martini coz you’re classy like that and you deserve it. LOVE IT!
