I really love the coffee here at Starbucks. Convenient place to relax or to work while having a coffee. Nice ambiance.

As a former partner, I’d like to share a positive review of the Starbucks drive-through, but after several years of being here in Newcastle it continues to be a colossal disappointment. Not only are the baristas completely incompetent and incapable of making a drink correctly the first time, but the wait for any drink, whether mobile or drive-through, is excessive and is twice or sometimes three times as long as any other Starbucks. They are constantly out of supplies and out of basic ingredients and seem to be poorly managed. Better luck visiting the Starbucks on the other side of Newcastle by the freeway.

Came in on New Year’s Day, only two baristas working. Line was out the door. The service and coffee was amazing. The two baristas were busy bees! I couldn’t even imagine how they were able to handle the traffic. 5 stars all the way!
