Sonic Drive-in

Anywhere that sells deep fried chilis is awesome in my book. Really nice staff. Sonic has always been hit and miss across the US, this place can be both hit and miss as well depending on who is working. I once got there and never got them to take my order after half an hour and pressing the button several times, so I left without food. I'm just not sure that they deserve 5 stars because I ate a good mean once there but another time I had no service.

The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because they always have the best tater tots! I had the chicken strip combo that came with 3 strips of what I believe was once chicken, an onion ring that was long past it's prime and some delicious tater tots. The chicken strip looked old, and tasted like shoe leather. I could barely bite into them! The onion ring was crispy, but that was due to improper storage as opposed to a properly prepared snack. The tater tots were once again, the only edible item in the meal. If I wanted old nasty food, I could have gone to the McD's across the street!

I would give 0 if I could. I ordered through the app. Drive through was moving but me and the only other car in stalls had been waiting a while. I called in to see how much longer it'd be on my order cause it had been 15 mins already waiting with only the 2 cars in the lot. The carhop then started griping me out.. I told her I understood she was short staffed, I was just needing an eta. Got hateful again with me so I just left and called the refund line. Which they were rude too about handling it. Will never return. GM needs to get ahold of their store. Awful awful service.

This Sonic is constantly struggling to retain well trained employees - more often than not the service is slow or non existent. Every once in a blue moon they will get your order correct and out to you in timely manner (even in the drive thru) but I’ve found it’s worth driving to another location if your craving Sonic.
