I dined inside. It was quiet with only one or two tables in use. The food was prepared quickly and was very good as usual. The soft drink machine was out of Sprite. I selected an alternative.
If not for the Sprite issue this rating would be 5 stars. So don't let the 4 star rating discourage you.

I'm tired of being asked to pull forward at drive thrus. Was told I was waiting for fries but after being asked to pull forward 3 other people had their orders filled and still did not have mine. Can't imagine at lunch time that many people didn't order fries. When I received my order my fries were warm and my large fries was half full. Very dissatisfied.

Whomever was working the drive thru taking our order kept having us repeat our sandwiches and when we got them 2 of the 3 were wrong. The girl working rolled her eyes at us like we were lying to her. We finally did get our correct order and many dirty looks. Not my favorite Wendy's anymore that's for sure!

Really good Wendy's experience. Restaurant was clean and updated. Workers were friendly. My wife enjoyed her salad and my boys ate their chicken nuggets!

This is my favorite wendys in the tri state area, employee’s have always been friendly + the fries are always so consistently good meanwhile I feel like other locations will let their fries go stale

Nothing better than listening to loud staff discussions over personal matters while eating. I could hear whoever was making the food while in the back of the room. I get not having the items to make a requested meal but than not looking to ensure the cost difference or ensuring the customer is cared for is poor practice. This Wendy's was a very sad representation of a brand name. The manager was knee deep in all events so obviously no discipline at this location.

It's Wendy's; they do a decent job here at this one. They don't need the orders up as bad as the big M across the street, but they do make their share of fat food mistakes. One of the better Wendy's I've been to.

The guy who claimed to be the mgr was rude. We ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger plain and a plain single. We got a jr bun and a dressed single. When I called the fake mgr sounded aggravated. Been putting up with cold nuggets for months, this is too much.
