Mcdonald's

Well similar experience at this McDonald's to the last one they didn't get the order wrong like the last one what they did do is successfully boil the fries to death instead of them being fried hot and crispy fries with a light coating of salt these fries were that saturated in oil and lukewarm that they could just curl up without breaking like a soggy boiled worm you can see how much oil came out of just this one soggy french friy. It also seems like McDonald's have a real problem making a triple cheeseburger with bacon and no pickles that isn't cold yet again my dinner was cold I gave up and it went in the bin I think I'm really getting put off by McDonald's and there cold greasy food and may end up not visiting the franchises again

Ordered a double quarter pounder meal as take away and went and sat in the car. Opened the box and saw a tiny burger which was clearly an error. Took the wrong burger back in and it was promptly swapped to the correct burger but no offer of a free gift as compensation which I thought there should have been as by time I got to eat the rest of the food it was cold. Disappointed.

The best thing i can say about this McDonalds is its stopped me using McDonalds and saved me a fortune each year. Only would get me back for a big tasty if i was eating inside (only) Take out is usually wrong,Not sure i have been in the last 10-12 times and had a order correct or something missing, save your time on a Grill as these will be wrong...(mostly) Service is usually poor too at drive through, this would be the first thing i worked on as i do believe staff who take pride will take pride in the service and preparation. Fries are always smaller portion i think they have a take out and a eat in size. i have a iron stomach as i travel for a living but last time i went they gave me 6 nuggets instead of 5 strips when i got pay window, this was changed upon request, but she wiped my full order, got a extra Coke as it was easier (was hard work) to take it to the next window (i did get a refund) BUT... Coke was warm,flat,and no ice (asked for ice) clearly been stood a while or gas needed changing. Fries were borderline soggy, and the strips were rubber in middle, and my double cheese burger was lathered in Sauce so i could not taste the patty. i had to throw in the bin, 4 and half strips and 90% of the fries and i ate the burger cos i was starving.... But as i said i cannot stomach the thought of ever eating one again yet. I be amazed if they ever get rid of the cooked food on time or the pre prepped food (if do this which is a guess as not alway warm) When eating in food and portions and orders usually much better. VERY slow service on the drive through.. cannot remember if its the same inside but i kinda remember it to be, it seems Just eat/Uber eats is their cash cow now so regular customers are neglected. (Same with most McDonalds now not just Newark. Anyway sorry for a negative post but its the truth as i know it to be,.

Very poor, ordered online through App, drove through drive thru to collect - not working, need to go inside restaurant?! Went inside, 20 minute wait for food with no apology, and food rubbish too - plain cheeseburger clearly had seen pickle etc removed, thus the plain burger wasn’t really plain. Desperately poor experience for a McDonalds.
