I love this Starbucks and happen to be an employee here. Just wanted to leave this here to let everyone know how grateful I am to have such a special place to work for over five years now. It seems like some of the reviews here are misplaced and intended for nearby drive thru locations. Either way, if there’s any way I can help you at the Starbucks inside of safeway, I’m Natalie and I will take care of you. Natalie is always happy when I go there even if there really busy. Everytime I go in she calls people by name not because it's on the screen but because she recognizes them. By far the best Starbucks in Delaware

Every time I come here the line is wrapped around the building. There is no order ahead option which would help alleviate some of the backup. Be prepared to wait at least 20 min in line in the morning.

There is ALWAYS a 10-15 minute wait here. The other day we ordered a cup of coffee. Just coffee. We had to wait 5 minutes at the drive through window to get it. While there was a line 15 cars deep behind us. I'm not sure if they needed to make a fresh pot or what was happening, because no one came up to give us a status update or ask us to pull into a spot to wait. Not even a "sorry for the delay".
But it DID make the girlfriend less tired and easier to talk to afterwards. So they get one star for that.

Friendly, patient staff and great service . My mocha Cafe almond milk hot latte mix comes out perfect every time. No whip add peppermint shots (karreggae mix) Yeah that’s me. 🙋🏾♀️💁🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️😂. Add impossible sandwich 🥪. Great start to my day.
