Dunkin'

Horrible service and customer service. I ordered the snackin’ bacon and when I looked at it, it was a burnt ball of bacon. I asked the lady at the window politely if they could redo the order and she told me that the bacon was always like that, I knew from experience that it wasn’t being that I’ve come to this location on numerous occasions. After telling her this she said that they couldn’t redo the order and the best they could do was to refund me. Thinking that perhaps she misunderstood what I had asked, I asked again and then she turned her back to me and started addressing other customers. I tried to get her attention again but she kept ignoring me. The manager walked by the window as I asked for the manager and she started doing something rather than addressing me and what was happening. Astounded I then addressed her directly and asked if she had seen what was going on and she responded saying she had and heard everything and told me that they had cooked the bacon prior and then microwaved it . She then dismissively mentioned the orders being timed. Understanding this I asked if I could go back around and get another order of bacon, she then responded saying that they would give me the same order of burnt bacon that had caused the whole situation in the first place. Absolutely terrible service!

When you order a drink they fill the cup all the way to the brim and when u ask them for less ice they speak another language and God knows what they are saying. Service is slow and they hand you the cups with food residue. Some of the drinks are also premade. They were wearing one pair of glove and touched everything with it.Do not buy there!!

They are the worst Dunkin ever and the lady in the front counter doesn’t understand. Sorry, speak proper English miss if you work here. Then, she messes up your order. She yelled at me about my mask, as I’m vaccinated and I told her there’s no sign. She said even if your vaccinated , you can get the virus. Now she is a doctor . Won’t be going back here as she’s nasty and the place smells. Buyer beware

Older lady at the counter in the morning g literally has a hearing issue. I’m not trying to be disrespectful or funny. I have seen countless people come in and say she made something wrong (she makes coffee orders) as well as myself. And when you tell her something is wrong in your order or she forgot something she can get very nasty. Maybe should be working in the back or something idk

I felt the need to write a review, nontheless, I see the review has already been written for me. The owner of Dunkin would be ashamed of this place. They need to send a mystery shopper. For an establishment that I frequent once or twice per week I was shocked at how I got treated thmorning 11/2/21. Dunkin owes it's customers a big apology. My card had a swipe error, I asked that they try again. The worker got sooo mad. I offered to use my apple and she cursed me so bad I did not even understand what she was saying. I offered to park and enter the store - she just kept saying "don't come here if your card is broken". I was shocked I asked her not to speak to me in that manner since am a customer and she see's me every week and knows my card works. This elderly lady just continued her rant - the staff in the store looked at her confused, then the other employee took my card and swiped and it worked. You just lost a great customer....
