Located in the disgusting Newark airport so what was I thinking? Service was great. Food? 🤢🤢 had them remove my sons burger off the bill due to finding two hairs.( sorry ) After that completely lost my appetite and couldn't eat my salad. Don't do it

Absolutely disgusting behavior. 5PM. The woman behind the bar humiliated a military veteran. He only left ten percent. And she made it known to the entire bar. “Hey,. that’s not enough. No way. That’s only ten percent” Disgusting. And it’s memorial day. She should be fired. ASAP. A. S. A. P. Disgraceful.

This place is really going downhill. I ordered a simple takeout order for myself and my wife. She got a burger with fries and I got chicken sandwich with fries. My chicken sandwich came with undercooked bacon.. we got no utensils, no ketchup. Her hamburger to be medium well and it was medium rare. And they were pretty stingy in the fries.

I had the new Smothered Sirlon and it was good. It was $16.99. I switched out fries for zucchini so it was a little healthier.
I added the garden salad bar which was only 5.99.
I was staying at the Courtyard hotel attached and was able to charge to the room.
The Carlos birthday cake looked really good but I was pretty full.
The server in the bar area was also a bartender and she kept up with things very well even though most seats were full at the bar.
The hostess who seatts you was also very nice.

Please save your money. Don't eat here. Don't eat anywhere in terminal A. Just get food before security.
The portion sizes here are comically small and overpriced even by airport food standards. Just look at my bun to chicken ratio that I paid $14 for. They also don't even allow you to get tap water here.
Fast service and nice staff all things considered, but still doesn't make up for the abysmal menu. Hard avoid.

Got the mozzarella sticks that were under the “shareable” menu- it was 4 small sticks for $11.99 my kids were starving after their 2 sticks each. Do NOT recommend even for airport food.

Just walked through 2 terminals to visit this location because I always get a great meal at Ruby Tuesdays.
This is a $16 burger? You get better burgers at Burger King.

Ordered chicken fresco (signature item) with sides of fresh steamed broccoli and onion rings. Very Expensive ($20+ with tip). The chicken was very tender and juicy, but not too big. The onion rings were crispy and onions inside still soft but not mushy. The broccoli wasn't seasoned, as far as I could tell. The chicken had a nice lemon butter sauce that helped compliment the flavor of the chicken and the slices of tomatoes.
Service was fine.
