Suave Sabor

Very good place for food! Their X-tudo is so good. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that sometimes their food can taste a bit stale, like if some of their ingredients are a bit old. But this has only happened 3 times out of 10. I still go because it's so good. You just gotta mention it so they can change it!

Never been one to post complaining about a restraunt but i was disgusted by not only the food we received but the staffs disrespect at Suave Sabor in Newark NJ on Ferry Street. When i approached the waitress about the food and told her that the food was filled with molded cheese and that’s absolutely disgusting, her response was “i’ll have them make another one” no sorry or anything as the other staff laughed in our faces. We told her we weren’t paying and we didn’t want anything else. I completely understand a mistake is a mistake but there’s no way our plates of food was in 3 different peoples hands and not one noticed it. WE RECEIVED TWO PLATES LIKE THIS WITH MOLDED CHEESE… This place will never get our business again.

Horrendous customer service even speaking in Portuguese they don’t get the correct information. Waiting for the past hour and a half for my food to get delivered even after correcting them on the incorrect phone number. Then consistently calling them to see the status on the delivery and they hang up. Joke of employees do better suave. IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.

the worst service I've ever had in my life and I think it coincides with the longest waiting time I've ever had, the two girls who attend just laugh and laugh and don't tell you anything. I spent an hour waiting for the food that was a single hamburger for an Uber order that I was picking up. I always thought that it was going to come out and I asked if it would be a long time and they only told me that it was going to come out. I had also gone the day before and waited 35 minutes for an order. both times the restaurant only had two tables occupied. I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT GO THERE.
