Subway

Ever since this Subway location got new management they have improved drastically! The employees are so kind and welcoming. It seems like they actually want to be there unlike before when the past employees were clearly miserable. The place is so much more clean and put together. I know it sounds crazy but even the sandwiches taste better!!

The address of this Subway location is 115 Allen Toussaint Blvd. The name of the street WAS Robert E Lee. It is no longer as of February 1, 2022 People who refuse to accept this street name change keep changing the address of this restaurant on google as 115 W Robert E Lee, which is still a valid street name and completely different street. When using google GPS using the W Robert E Lee will direct you to the WRONG address. West Robert E lee is on the other side of Canal and is a small dead end street. It has a W in the name for WEST. It is not Robert E Lee. If google directs you to the the shopping mall that has a patio furniture store in it or a tall office building with urgent care in it. You are in the wrong spot. Please stop hassling the various employees in this other mall. We had nothing to do with the street name change, and do not want to hear your political views any longer, when you come in looking for Subway. Take it up with the city not us. If you are looking for this Subway it's in the same mini mall location as Roberts Grocery. Subway does not seem to keep up or lock the address in this Google profile. Again the correct address for this store is 115 ALLEN TOUSSAINT BLVD near Roberts and Walgreens.

Just left this subway and it was the most enjoyable interaction ive had at any subway. The food was 10/10, the employees were top tier and so kind. Arielle and Gregory were the best and most friendly subway staff by far. This location is blessed to have these hard workers during this time. I was very sad to hear the owners are cutting hours and are putting these two hard working people at risk of no job. Hope this turns around amd the owners can give some appreciation to them!

If there’s one thing I absolutely love is great customer service and this locations workers were very nice and patient the only complaint I have is that I started feeling kind of sick after drinking one of their fountain drinks or it could have been something else so I won’t complain too much about that but other than that great service will come again
