You absolutely get the freshest hottest food from this McDonald's! The wait is usually long but the wait on Bullard is longer and the food at Bullard will always be cold. So go here if you are in the east. You will get much better quality of food and service!

McDonald's is more inconvenient with the kiosk machines now. The line are longer and it's becoming slower daily without a person at the front counter.

This is one of the better places as far as fast food in New Orleans East. They have a pretty good staff.

The service is consistent for the most part. Sometimes, they get backed up. The workers seem polite and professional. The restaurant is well maintained every time I come through.

I ordered on the app and picked up in store. Restaurant was clean, bathroom was clean, food was ready. Unfortunately, the order was wrong and I had to take it back in, but the super friendly staff re-made the order in under 2 minutes. Kudos to them!

Went with family. Got myself a Happy Meal with milk included. Was in restroom so family member picked up our orders. Went to eat the Happy Meal. But they forgot to add the milk. I sad :(
But other than that, the food was great. Toy was cool (got the Lightyear spaceship version). Would come again.

They are on top of it at this McDonald’s we changed our order while we were giving it and they were nice about it and still got it right. The line went quickly and the food was hot.😊
