Went there for the grinch special for pancakes. The service was slow although when we got there it was only 4 other groups in the whole place. They said that there was only one cook in the back so the food would take longer than expected. We did get the food sooner than we thought, but this is what it looked like. I put picture of what it was supposed to look like next to it so that I could compare. It looks nothing like it did on the picture. However my kids didn't care. Poor quality. Will not return.

Staff is very nice. The food is delicious. They even have healthy dishes, which I like.

Wonderful service the people there was so nice. The food was okay but the pancakes we're not as fluffy and soft as I thought but still ok. Will go back again.

You know as a 43 year old man IHOP was my introduction to waffles and chicken, last week... They killed it. Twice in a week now I have ordered that. Service is really good 90%+ of the time. Can't wait to go back for more!

The food was good but my plate was missing items. We also didn't have any silverware, and when we mentioned this the waitress walked over to an empty table and grabbed one silverware set. My wife, my son and I were all at the table. I had to walk to another empty table to get what I needed to eat.
TL;DR Food was as expected, good, but wait staff was very inattentive.
