Wingstop

Horrible service!!!!! Ordered my food. She took the order fine. Waited for food. See one of the workers catch an attitude at another lady for looking over the counter to see if her food is done. My order comes up. No one says anything. Gave them my name. Never called out my name just let me sit there another 20 minutes until another person shows up and ask for there order and i heard my name on the order. So i got up and checked. If i wouldnt have went check i wouldnt have never gotten my order. She was on her phone the whole time. Crazy!!!!

I ordered 15 Mild wings to-go. Waited for 25 minutes To get the food and drove back to the hotel. Once at the hotel realized I got 15 BBQ wings. Called the store and they apologized and said as long as I brought back the 15 BBQ wings they would make me what I actually ordered. I told them I was on my way back, I gave them the BBQ then waited another 20 minutes for what I thought was my order but upon returning to the hotel I realized I had only got 10 Mild wings. The girls working tonight were very nice but defiantly didn’t know what they were doing. The second time my order was wrong I called and the woman who answered just seemed annoyed and said it was the other girls fault cause she gave me the wrong order. I will not be going back. The only reason I gave it a 1 star is because the 10 Mild wings were actually very good but they better be cause those 10 wings cost 18$ haha

The service was really good. The staff was friendly and checked on you after you get your food to see if everything is alright. The food came out quick but is decent. I loved the fries but wings could've been better. They were hard and not what I expected. I hope it changed cause new iberia needs new places to eat.
