Dunkin'

Absolutely the worst customer service. I order the SAME exact thing every time 3 shots of espresso in a large cup with ice. It's normally $3.29 at every Dunkin I've been too. They charged me $4.29 for a cup of ice water and when I questioned it were extremely rude and said every dunkin can charge what they want. I showed them a charge from 2 days ago that literally says $3.29 the manager was behind her and just looked at me and said nothing. Do they not give you a cup regardless when you order a beverage? So essentially you are charging me for ice because the espresso goes in the same cup anyway. My problem was the extreme lack of customer service, I have never experienced someone being so rude, what a horrible way to start a day. I will never ever go here or any Dunkin again. Starbuck is LESS (I know, right) and the same exact price at every location, they also hire and train employees to be kind and appreciate their customers. I'm so upset by how extremely nasty she was that I will never go to a Dunkin again, so you've lost a customer. I'd rather go to Starbucks or any other coffee shop and have a pleasant experience.

Worst place. The lady who works here us very rude, me and my friends ordered 3 order Hash browns. She literally burnt and gave it to us. We asked her the same and she replied us she is working from last 13 years and she does the hash browns like that. I have been eating them from 7-8 years but I never saw hash browns like that. Very happy. Also the way she speak to the customers is very rude, this is not the first time I experienced this here second time in last ten days. Hope management will take action on this.

The two ladies that work in the morning are horrible. I ask for my coffee to be done a certain way these heffers on purpose make it wrong. They keep putting Splenda instead of sugar. When the guy is there in the evening he makes it perfect. They not nice people at all the two ladies in the morning. They a dose of nasty along with the nasty coffee they made me .
