They are usually pretty awesome. Today the person taking the car orders was not appropriate. I don't let my children or Grandchildren talk to me in such a way. "girrrlll."
Oh and I was unaware a Latte is not a coffee drink.

Amazing visit today as a frequent Dunkin Donut lover!! Huge shout out to Qu'Ron!! Service with a smile, serving up bomb coffees !!! Greeted me as soon as I walked in even with a lobby full of people he was was on top of his game! Made an AMAZING coffee & made my monday!!! Dunkin needs more awesome employees like him!!!! Breakfast sandwich was definitely on point! Sausage, egg, and cheese croissant is always my go to! Service in the drive thru was very fast-paced. About 7 cars ahead of me and I wasn't in the line no more than 4-6 minutes if that. Person at the window had a smile on their face and was very high spirited. Dunkin on Neuse is always my go-to in the mornings when I want something quick!

They usually get your order right and are pretty quick in the drive through in the mornings. My one complaint is that this location is a LOT more expensive than the Glenburnie location ($4.79 for a small frozen drink vs $2.99!) Breakfast sandwiches are also quite a bit more. Otherwise they seem to be more efficient than the other location.

Closing staff is amazing, some of the nicest people you’ll meet and they keep the energy happy and positive by talking with you and joking with coworkers. They’re welcoming and just all around amazing people.

Dunkin in Taberna has great service and is very clean. If all customers used the the app for drive thru orders it would make it quicker for everyone and they'd earn free stuff. 😀

Special shout out to my ladies that treat me & my kids like gold every morning. Jade , Felicia , and drive thru staff make our mornings THAT much better . Y’all are part of our daily routine & thanks for being so sweet and kind! And always putting extra love in my caramel ice latees!!!!
