Mcdonald's

The employee named J. Johnson is a pleasure every time I see him. If he’s not a manager he should at least be getting manager pay because I don’t wanna say that I go there every night but every time I do he’s running the show. He is very pleasant! There was a time it was only him and one other employee at night and because of that they had to close early and he still took me and some other cars. The foods quality remained the same regardless of the pressure they were under. Nice to have positive experiences in fast food especially nowadays where the pressure can easily make anyone get frustrated.

Imagine this: you go to McDonald's and order your food. You pay for the food, and when the food comes out, you tell them, "I'd like as much sweet and sour as you're allowed to give me." They give it to you. As much as they can fit in the bag. That's this McDonald's. Thank you, whoever did that for me. That was amazing.

This was one of our worse experiences at this McDonalds. We have never seen a raw burger at a McDonald's till my husband ordered a Quarter Pounder tonight. There also was some brown clump of fat on the bun. There was a ton of grease on the bag and the fry carton and everything was cold because we waited 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru. The milkshake was watery and had to come home and be put in to the freezer. The only thing we had no complaint about was the cold soda. If you can't handle the volume of customers open an outdoor window like Taco Bell and hire more help.

The service was horrible. Nothing but straight to your face disrespect. Over charged my order twice literally had to go back around and wait just ti get it corrected. Food was cold not warm at all by the time i got it and thus happens everytime i go to that one fir the last few months.. the door says thre open and you see everyone working but you can't even get them to answer you. They ignore you until they feel rash
