We loved Founder’s Cafe! It’s charming atmosphere, food and wait staff were delightful. We returned a few times. 🥰 Try the locally sourced Ginger Beer!

Very tastie, generous portions for lunch. They were very busy, but the staff were very composed and we got our order in no time at all with a very friendly smile.

Nice sheltered indoo outdoor seating in delightful restored village. Nice coffee and small but tasty selection of cabinet food, plus a menu. Founders entry is free fot Nelson and Tasman ratepayers.

Look... If you want a quiet pub thats simple and genuine. You can't go wrong. Its just out of towm enough to have its own atmosphere of chill perfect for and afternoon of beer and long chats with good friends.

amazing breakfast (french toast with banana etc. and the waffles with the chicken) and vanilla lattes were on point too. def a go to fav now for breakie!

Don’t walk, RUN to this cafe. Don’t like history? Close your eyes through the park to get there. For the love of GOD, order the creamy mushrooms. It is nothing short of a religious experience. Would have given ten stars if possible.

Great food, including vegan and gf options. Craft beer on tap and friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit and a great break spot with kids.

Friendly staff and good food. It's a claygo policy. A lot of birds flies around. Food are good and big serving, good for 2 to 3 people. They offer free water. Food ranges from 15 NZD to 25 NZD.
