Nov 4th we had an order for 50 odd adults and kids. I had got the timing of pick up wrong and arrived 45 mins early it was meant to be 11.30am. Crystal who served me said you can have your order at 11.30 or I can have it ready for you in 15mins. To which I said there is no rush. 15 mins later Crystal was loading my order into my van for me. While in Nelson the daughter in law grabbed a feed and we went down to the port and ate at a table down there it was a nice day and the food was perfect

Went through drivethrough. Speaker at box didn't seem to be listening and my partner had to repeat himself a few times. But the food made up for this, it was brilliant best kfc I've had in a while.

We went to KFC Tahunanui today around 3pm. 50min wait in the drive thru. I don’t mind the wait, but we wanted to eat in store. If your restaurant is closed could you please put a sign outside so people know. Alot of elderly people are parking and walking up to the door trying to get in, then they notice a small sign that says “store closed but drive thru open” People need to know this before parking and walking up to the doors. It’s time wasting and frustrating for people that just want to sit down. My chicken was delicious and I will be back. Thanks

Extremely slow drive-through but always a hearty feed. Would be great if they remember napkins and spoons though, hence only 4 stars

Yummy food fatty foods I'll go there just for treat . Very busy between 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. the waiting time is up to 30 minutes other than that everything else is perfect
