Cool store with lots of different and unique teas and tea making accessories/equipment. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable.

Awesome place, very organized and attentive staff, ordered Iced Tea (strawberry daq) the barista was a cool dude, very personable - would recommend!

Worst. Store. EVER. I wanted to return tea that was in good condition, but the store had a policy for returns. I think this is so stupid for just tea, when they could dump the tea back.

This store is very unorganized. Several customers were confused as to what was going on. There were five staff members, not a single one was directing us where to go. There were three people behind the counter, one makes single cups of tea, one measures dry tea for bulk purchase, and the other processes payments... signs might help! We ended up in the wrong line twice... As I waited 5 min for my tea to steep I started directing customers to the proper lines as we all laughed about how no one knew what to do...
After all that my tea was very bland, passion fruit something, couldn't really tell what it was.
