Staff does not care about customer service
Labels missing on display or just incorrect
My power breakfast sandwich was literally COLD in the middle just because I ordered an extra patty. My refresher was watery and I’ve never been so disappointed at a dunkins.

I spent almost $4 on a signature iced latte here, I've had them many times before and the one I just got is down right disgusting, it takes like regular coffee that they decided to try and playoff as an ice latte and downed it with milk. I will never again order a latte from this location which stinks because its the only one near my job.

My bagel was fresh and toasted perfectly, and I like that I wasn't charged because I asked for extra cream cheese (which happens a lot at other locations).
The staff is slightly rude, and speak another language when talking to each other, which makes you feel like they are talking about you.
I can overlook rudeness for the perfect bagel.

My wife and I got food poisoning yesterday after having bacon-egg-and-cheese on the croissant from this place at around 11:30AM. My NP wife suspects it wasn’t salmonella, but rather something like “dirty employee hands” or spoiled/expired ingredients.
Tried to call the number on the google maps, nobody picks up the phone.

Everytime I go there they are out of almond milk, fill coffee only halfway, and taste terrible. Horrible management, she is so mean, even to mall employees and we are there everyday. I am not going there anymore. I can't stand the way she looks at and speaks to people.

Counter kid was super angry about something which he telegraphed with his every movement and sound. Very uncomfortable for customers, and then to top it off, he got our order wrong!
