Ny Pie

This place is unassuming, and hardly noticeable, as it sits in an inconspicuous corner of a strip shopping center at Nashville West, but don’t let that deter you. This is truly excellent NY style pizza. We were not expecting it to be nearly this good, and left rather impressed. The crust is perfect, and the toppings are fresh and full of flavor. We will be back soon.

My dad has loved this place for years and I finally gave it a try and I’m definitely hooked! I love that they serve slices and then reheat them in the ovens - they give that nice crisp to the crust and melty pull to the cheese - chefs kiss for sure. The service here is also great. Everyone working there was so kind and attentive and we unintentionally went right before they were closing. We tried several different pizzas. I really enjoyed the Buffalo chicken and we also had a sriracha chicken I believe that was so so good. We grabbed the last slice so I’m guessing it’s a popular one! Definitely would order that one again. Their inside space is a bit small but appropriate for a pizza place. We love their little outdoor patio, which is great if you have overtired whiny kids who can’t sit still. We did have a bit of a fly/bee issue outside but it’s bound to happen when you’re… outside.

I am visiting from NYC and came in here very skeptical with my expectations high and I am eating my words and this pizza. It’s delicious. The crust tastes like my local slice. Had a cheese slice, a NY white slice, and a Hawaiian. Perfect amount of chew and crunch. All the powders you want on your slice and refreshing fountain sodas/sweet tea if that’s what you’re into. Glad to have found this place and will definitely be back.

Actual NY style pizza (not just a name). I’ve been coming here since the owner (Greg) opened up. They have 2 other shops now. I’m a Pizza Snob. The dough and the sauce make the pizza not the topping. They have the best ingredients. No questions. I still have not found a better pizza in Nashville and I don’t think I will.
