They have great customer service they take care of the people like they own. The cook luptune put a lot of love in the food. I love this place I recommend anybody that won’t good food try this place.

I would have liked more whip cream on my red, white & blue pancakes. It was very noisy in the restaurant with the noisy group of girls next to us. Waiter was very good with all the people he had to serve. Food was good quality.

Close to I-75 on Pine Ridge Road in Naples at exit 107. Not directly accessible from Pine Ridge Road, but readily visible to those travelling West on Pine Ridge. Moderate prices. Ample parking.

They recently modeled the inside and were working on the outside. It may be completed by now. It is within a mile of Physicians Regional Hospital & Medical Building. We always stop for breakfast at that IHOP after I take my Senior Cousin to his doctor appointments. 👍

Ordered the Colorado omelette and turned out fantastic. Aside from the food the service was amazing being greeted as we entered and having Dustin as our server was very pleasant with his genuine attention to detail with checking up on our drinks, how the food is, and if anything else needed to be met. Only thing that upsets me is seeing one of the female employees, (which I’m assuming is the manager as she had a different colored uniform on than the others) was a bit condescending towards her employees and customer. Having hearing her remarks calling her employee annoying and not receiving the next patron with even a good attitude makes me ashamed of what the work place must feel like. (Granted this is at 9:15 AM with only 2-3 customers in the building so I can’t imagine it being a stressful Monday). Said employee which she bad-mouthed was a great server as he welcomed every customer that I saw despite his ‘struggle’ with English.

I often go to pick up doordash orders at night, the waiter who serves me at this time I don't remember his name but I know he is an American who speaks Spanish very well, he has given me excellent service despite being alone attending the tables and online orders, he rushes much more than he can do to be one person taking care of everything. Suggestion to the owner of the place, that he has two workers at night, it is almost impossible for a single person to do everything that the job requires and on some occasion he will get a bad impression from the clients. Gold star for that waiter, he deserves it.

Breakfast is always tasty at IHOP, my son and I have a regular "date" there. My son's pancakes were perfect as always, the sirloin tips and poached eggs were slightly overcooked but still very good. Our server was a gem!
