Pleasant atmosphere, great coffee as always, good customer service. I can never complain about Starbucks no matter where I go. They always have the same great coffee and service. This one is in the Park Shore area of Naples.

Very busy. One person taking orders inside store. One at window for drive thru orders. Another 6 or so doing everything else. The drive thru line was twice as long when I left. Vanilla Latte was excellent!

The person with the blue hair was working the window and was super friendly and nice! The girl with the blonde streaks in her hair made the best frappuccino I have ever had!

Kathy and Aymee are truly exceptional. The entire staff here is, but it is so refreshing to be called by my first name when I come in and order my drinks. This is the first and the only Starbucks that has done that in this area. I frequent Starbucks multiple times a week to get work done, and now I will go out of my way to come to this one for that sole reason.
Starbucks coffee is good almost everywhere you go. Having this type of service puts this specific Starbucks in a class of their own. Never replace those two staff members!
