I LOVE this place!! The world needs more restaurants like OT. The food is incredibly fresh and always prepared with care. I used to frequent it when I lived in Naples and always make sure to come back when I’m visiting. Also the brownies may be the best brownies I’ve ever had. Keep doing what you’re doing!!

This is our absolute favorite place to eat! John, Anna-Lynn, and staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is outstanding! Our favorites are the Sloppy John, Tacos Gone Nutz, and the Mung Bean Taco Salad. Desserts are amazing, especially, the Blueberry Bread and the Pumpkin bread! My husband loves the pumpkin bread so much we ordered a pan for his "birthday cake".

Organically Twisted…fresh, simple, large portions. Vegan. I’m in. Delicious. If you have never tried a Vegan option, Organically Twisted is a great place to start your Vegan adventure in Naples. Centrally located. Seasonal Kombucha. Laid back. Order and in a few minutes you meal is prepared. Mung Bean? Yep. While you wait, sit back and enjoy the artwork, sip some Kombucha , and if you’re really lucky, the owner will sing. MUST TRY!

All I can say is WOW!! Thank goodness I live close by to this place!!! I recently decided to adopt a vegan lifestyle last year and went on a hunt for the best vegan spots!! This is one of the reasons im still vegan!! I have become totally addicted to the vegan Mac and cheese burger they have. It’s perfection! Plus everyone there is so nice and the owner is such a hard worker.. you could tell he really cares!!! It’s just 10 out of 10 all around!!

Always a favorite for me. I love the nut tacos. The flavors are on point for me and the salad is very fresh. I paired it with the seasonal Kombucha. All just delicious. My husband had their special Hamburger. We think it was named the black jack burger. Unfortunately it fell apart after a bite but the flavor was so good he didn’t care! I highly recommended this place for the food but for the cute outdoor patio. Love all the plants!

Vegan food is often seen as having a ‘bad taste in the mouth’. The weird thing is, veggies can be delicious when seasoned well, cooked properly and served correctly. So what makes this place good? Well, it’s dishes of course! Silly question. This is vegan done right. Done with love and done with skill. Don’t let the hippy art fool you, they are serious about having a good time. Service: Well, it’s seat yourself, it’s find your spot and it’s wait to be served. Nothing out of the extraordinary here BUT the treatment we got from the server was above and beyond anything we have had. Again, they are serious about having fun. Add kindness to that list. Ambience: Holly dippy art; tree hugging goodness and crystal collecting artsy fartsy stuff. Don’t let that detract from the food if that’s not your thing. It’s definitely not mine though i grew up in a gem mining household.. don’t let anything detract from the warmth they bring, the foods amazing and it’s almost certainly with the price. $56 or so dollars for three people is understandable. Just please have more of a selection of drinks. That’s about it. By all means come here or you’ll be missing out
