Panera Bread

I went through the drive through and placed an order for 2 you pick 2 orders. 3/4 of it was correct. I the 1/4 that was wrong was the bacon turkey bravo, turns out they forgot the turkey…it’s in the name so I’d guess that I would be important. Imagine my surprise when I got home, no turkey to be found on my bacon TURKEY bravo.

My usual spot to grab coffee since signing up for their unlimited sip program. The place is always busy which is good and challenging at times to find a clean spot to sit. Bathrooms are usually worse off and have reported it almost every single time I have gone in along with company surveys. For quick pick-up, not a bad place but for dine in, just come prepared.

Will not be going back. Out of everything, extremely over priced, and small portions that are not worth the money. Ordered a Thai chicken soup that had not chicken in it and ordered a steak and white cheese sandwich, as you can see, very little meat and no other toppings other than a few pieces of red onion....so sad.

First let’s be observant and honest through that - This store is challenged store due to lack of blessings from the corporate HQ. Kudos to the store manager - Ms. Hannah - who runs it with a huge smile to her customers, besides all the challenges she faces here! Panera needs to hire more managers like her, as a benchmark to their hiring process

This location is the absolute worst. They are always screwing up my orders and I have had to submit complaints at least half a dozen times. Today’s fiasco took the cake (literally). I ordered a Smoked BBQ chicken sandwich. I received half a sandwich. The sandwich had DROPS of BBQ sauce on it. I ordered a pecan braid sandwich. Those were out. I got a dry hard lemon drop cookie instead. I ordered a Hot Tea as part of my subscription. I received NOTHING. I’m done with this location. Hire employees who can actually complete an order to specs.
