Here is what is good about this location, the drive-through you could hear very clearly, they were fairly fast, they got my order correct, and they are very polite. Here’s what they do wrong, they need to clean out their rack that heats the food up. As you can see in the picture all of the old burnt bits that are in there wind up on top of my cheese danish each and every single time. This is a very easy fix but it also shows that they’re lazy when it comes to cleaning the way that they should be cleaning.

It’s all about the convenient drive-through which I’ve used many times. Small wait time. It is always nice and clean interior and up-to-date decor.

Music is so loud, you cant discuss anything, and cant focus on something like reading or doing work on your laptop. Even with headphone you will be have headache for whole day

The customer service here is so good they feel like family. It means a lot the that they take the time and effort to remember their customers. As a regular customer, every time I have been here has been a great experience. The entire team over the last year and a half have been exceptional. Again thank you ALL for making the effort to remember me everyday because it makes my day :)

I have gone to well over 50 Starbucks, this one is hit or miss, The taste especially espresso is not consistent. Service can be much slower than most Starbucks

The most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered. And it’s been that way for about a year now. I rarely go to Starbucks, due to their prices. And out of about 7 experiences in the last year, they have all been 5 stars. Very good customer service training.
