One of the best places for young children for miles around! Food isn't gourmet, but suits little people and the Cornish Pasties are good.

We absolutely love The Hive! It's always packed every time we visit but it never felt chaotic, even with all the children running around in the play area. The entire place is well maintained by the amazing staff! Food is brilliant too! My 1 year old son loves it here. Kudos to everyone who is working hard to maintain this amazing cafe!

Amazing cafe!!!! Me and my little girl absolutely love it here. I love the cctv in play area so mums can have a minute to drink the coffee! My girl can go for hours with all the toys and set up. They even have backup nappies and wipes for mums and babies who may need on the side! Amazing staff and service and the food is gorgous. Very clean fun family friendly cafe :) highly reccomended !

Came in with my children today...it's my first time coming out in a few years and I struggle with dreadful anxiety...I felt very comfortable here with my girls. My go to place from now on. Warm. Friendly. Welcoming. Brilliant prices and absolutely fantastic for the kids!

What a fantastic place! We've passed this a few times over the last couple months but it's always been closed out of hours. But today I took my 20 months old son for the first time and this is a game changer. Large screens in the cafe for the adults to sit and watch their kids whilst they all get on playing in the huge area decked out with everything a kid could wish for. Blocks, chalk, cars, dinosaurs, books. Very clean, very welcoming, lots of fun and an absolute bargain at £1.50. Highly recommended.
