The toilets in m&s in nantwich are disgusting. One of the toilets does not flush at all and there was no hand soap. The floor is dirty. The toilets are dirty in general.

Saw a big noisy guy causing trouble today.the store is usually quiet but the bodybuilder store worker who had to deal with him, kept his cool and helped him leave this guy deserves a bonus!Well donebig fella! That took some patience really should have security!its ridiculous staff have to deal with that.Usually a good store and great little cafe.Security needed.

Great M & S. nice bakery young Guy in there really doing a great job nicely baked pastries
I was in Nantwich for the weekend doing a show next door at the civic hall and not finding the usual Costa Nero etc went to the M S cafe for Coffee
Really great service from Lucy kept us going on coffee all weekend bless her on her own preparing food making coffee taking money washing her hands in between tasks always polite and friendly 😀

Staff are very friendly and helpful in the M&S Nantwich. Excellent service and food Hall and restaurant. Good access for Wheelchair access and parking Facilities at the front of the building and near to main entrance. Well done M&S for encouraging Less Mobile Customers.

Nice food and great customer service from the ladies in the cafe. Bit pricey but you get what you pay for with M&S so can't really complain but if you're looking for low budget food then better off trying elsewhere. Enjoyed it myself but I'm not on a budget. Thanks ladies had a good laugh.

We regularly do our food shop here, it's great quality.
Earlier today I didn't have enough change for the car park and a lovely lady who worked there called Jane gave me the 20p I was short. I didn't realise at the time, but she had finished her shift and was really kind. I know it's not a lot of money, but I don't think I'd get that kind of service in other food shops.

Superb Supermarket, our favourite in NANTWICH Town Center.
Not the largest supermarket but top quality fresh foods. Good selection of ready meals, and meal deals, fine wines and spirits. Small fresh bakery too.
Car park not the largest but there is nearby car parks that you can walk too and from.
Good size cafe for coffee, teas, snacks, breakfast and lunches.
