Epic Wings

Would love to give this place a 5 star but the wait was easily about 25 minutes for three orders of Epic Fries. A heads up would've been nice as I watched others come and go with their orders. Living in Orange County this is a San Diego go-to I really miss! Love that the business has evolved and grown!

The Temecula one is way better. Compared to that location, this one is dirtier, they prepare the food much worse, and you can't even get through to place a phone order. Their phone system doesn't even let calls through if another one is in progress. You have to keep trying to attempt to get through to them to place your order. One time, I tried 88 times to get through to them, to no avail. I love this chain, but I really cannot stand this location. Take the little extra effort to head south to another one that will give you a superior experience.

Recommend calling your order ahead of time. service run by young adults/ food has same great taste, back to when they were Wings n" things. Only things that's changed is there more industrial design vs. sports bar. love that they carry "chronic" pizza port beer. keeps me coming back time after time. I get the lemon pepper strips and the medium strips. both bone in or strips are equally as great.

I went ahead order my food for pick up. When I arrived, not too bad of a wait. They have a sign outside the door that masks are required. Very happy about it, they do 6 ft physical distancing. I saw all employees wearing masks, which is a good thing. Our chicken strips are very delicious, some strips are good portion and some are small. But definitely will visit this location. They dont charge for extra ranch which some other locations, they do. A++++
