Pizza Hut

I just want to start by saying, l LOVE Pizza Hut! But this time around I was completely disappointed with the service and food quality. My kids and I were expecting a great pizza loaded with cheese and toppings. The pizza claimed to be hot and crispy instead it was soggy and poorly handled by the driver. The driver short with me and rude. When I told him to keep the change for a tip, “He said thanks a lot!” in a condescending tone. I have him a $12 tip! I thought that was generous! Especially since it took him almost an hour to get to my place, after the website claimed they would deliver in half the time. I gave it 2 stars because the wings were good. I will not be ordering from there again.

Spent 40.00 on old Cold Pizza Wings and Bread sticks ! Contacted the management team and received nothing but combative responses when I requested fresh food with the full order and receipt on hand !!!!I also did an online mobile order with specific instructions and it was still made inaccurately ...when I tried reaching out politely to get my order made accurately I was told I couldn't have my order remade even though I hadn't even touched my food and I had the receipt....I made it ciear about my allergies and was told there was nothing I could do ! Contacting corporate we can not tolerate being treated this way ! This goes for the night shift just because you're closing doesn't mean customers want old cold food ! Do better please

Horrible service Jason chavez is very rude and doesn’t exhaust all efforts to helping the customer who pays for his check, told him I had an allergy to pineapples and tht the pineapples were supposed to be on one side and tht I’ll give or bring the pizza tht had pineapples all over it back just wanted it remade how I wanted and he said no and I cnt get a refund even though I have the item an receipt in hand just horrible he doesn’t need to be the manager at all Also the pizza was cold and had no sauce on it is what I was told from my sister mind you thier across from my apartment complex
