Alberto's Mexican Food

I have a bad habit of eating at late night cuz I work during the night.... in the city of Murrieta weird City people are nice but the cops are off the hook... but this place Alberto's I never tried and I wanted to try it pretty good food I recommend it if you're looking for a fast bike I don't know how fast are speed of services during the day but at night it was pretty good they only have fried food though which was kind of weird they should have everything but you know it is what it is..... customer service was a little weird but you know he's doing his best and I guess he's learning how to cook but overall five stars.

There are two Roberto's in my area... This one is my favorite one... I come here maybe 3x a week on my way home from work in the morning... The food is always yummy and the young man that's usually at the register is ALWAYS friendly! My favorite thing on the menu is their shredded beef tacos or carne asada tacos... depends on my mood really... and their dark reddish brown salsa is all things!

So my wife and kids wanted to eat good Mexican cooking, but I have to say we weren’t impressed. We spent $91 and saw the price, figured it must be delicious, naw. Even the carne asada fries weren’t that great. Service was good though, so I can’t say it was all bad, but ultimately we come for the food. It would’ve been good, but they lack seasoning. Maybe it’s cause the COVID situation where it’s only to go? But either way, should take pride in it. I do not recommend this place for good Mexican food.

Horrible service with early morning cashier young guy was rude seeming like he did not want to be at his job and did not want to service customers had a don’t care attitude, he did not even seem like he worked there like he was a family fill-n. Asked for sauce and he said he said he could only give 4 with an attitude asked for 5 he said no it’s a new thing. Horrible customer service needs training will not recommend restaurants to anyone will actually suggest not to go and spend your money. Also no way to contact management to give feedback on the service so unprofessional!!!!!!
