This location has gone down hill in the upkeep. The fountain drink machine drain is always backed up. You can tell by how it dispenses that the nozzles are not cleaned and more times than not, the mix is off. It’s dirty around that area constantly. Typically they are short staffed at busy times. I used to take the few extra minutes to go to racetrack, but now that it is a 7-11 too, it’s going the same direction.

The older white guy is always outside smoking. I pulled up and he told me he couldn't make any sales. Don't waste your time, money or gas at this location. I went to the one on 544 after and had great service there.

Whoever the young guy is working most mornings needs to be fired. He takes his sweet time with everyone causing a line thru the store on most mornings I come in. He gets distracted by virtually anything. I had to ask him to help me this morning when I was standing less then 2 feet away on the other side of the counter. If you want friendly and “fast” service this is NOT the 7-11 to go to.

Bought 2 cooler burritos, felt not too cold, was unsure if was right tenperature to keep fresh, got home, cut one open, definitely was not cooled properly as it smell rotten, disgusting. Have bought same ones from other 711 at times and am familiar with the burritos. They need to check and fix their cooler temperature before someone gets food poison.

Do not ever go here. The employees pretend not to speak English, the purposely ring up your items improperly, then create havoc ringing them up again...and you pay 20% more because they look at you with stupid faces. The food is stale, the counter people are incompetent liars...the place should be shut down.

Bought a red Fanta, a bag of chips and a small bag of candy. Should have been about $6.00. Checked my bank account when I got home, was charged $26.00. I guess the cashier pocketed the $20.00???
