Drive through was closed. About a dozen menu items were out of stock. Exact change only due to coin shortage. Person at front register was new and struggled to complete my order. Potato cakes were offered on a temporary sign due to all fries out of stock, but two employees were unable to tell me how much they cost. There was a generally unclean atmosphere in the eating area. All visible staff appeared lethargic. Staff masks were worn covering their chins only. All visible employees had radio headsets and frequently touched their hair and ears even when wearing sanitary gloves and preparing unwrapped food and assembling sandwiches. Yuck. Took 20 minutes standing in line to get my food. Will not visit again.

Worst Arby’s I have ever been to. Their beef is sliced so thick so they only put like four slices on the whole thing. And they are so stingy with the cheese sauce that has now doubled in price they literally weigh it out and don’t even give you enough to dip your fries in. They are so cheap they don’t even give you napkins

I have been to this location several times over the last few years and it has always served hot, fresh food...until today. I don't know what has happened but today's meal was probably the worst I've had anywhere. All of the workers were completely lost, and after waiting over 10 minutes I finally received my order. I wouldn't have minded the wait if the food was fresh, but it was not. The curly fries were room temperature and the roast beef was so dry it almost choked me. It was extremely ironic because I had just bragged about the food not 5 minutes earlier (I'll apologize to the family members I spoke to and hope they didn't choose to eat here on my recommendation). So very very disappointed. If I try this location again it will be far in the future. (the only saving grace was the sweet tea, if it had been as bad as the food I would have demanded my money back...still should have)

I am aware of the employee shortage and try to be as patient as possible being that i work in the service industry. With that being said I will no longer be attempting to visit this location. I use the word attemp because on multiple occasions I have gone and they are closed but today they were open but were not accepting orders because of shift change. This was at 3:00pm on a Monday. Before I left my house I jokingly said to my husband that we would have to go somewhere else because they will be closed. I hope that this message gets to the appropriate people so this issue can be addressed... I cannot imagine the amount of business they have lost but as a fellow restaurant manager I would want to know where my opportunities are. Thank you for your time.

We decided to go around 1pm, line had 6 or 7 people in it, we was informed that they were out of Roast Beef, 6 people left, we decided to try the new Ragyu burger, 20 minutes later I got a burnt burger that had nothing pink around it for 10 miles. Staff complained to all who would listen how short staffed they were, condiment stand was empty, was told that no one knew how to change it out. In 30 minutes there no one came to wipe down any tables in the dining room, we will never ever be back.
