Food was fresh and hot. Cashier was friendly. Ketchup was empty, bot sides, but they did have packets out for use at the front if you wanted. Needed some attention in the dining area, but otherwise a good experience.

This place has started taking shortcuts. Last couple times I've been there, I'm served food that has been cold or tasted like it was made in the morning in bulk then served all day. Ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches and fries...both were cold and rubbery. I wiill try other locations

They never put any sauces with the order. No marinara. No Arby’s sauce. No horsey sauce. No Ketchup. This is the third time. But DoorDash only give me this location as an option. I will just drive to the other location next time. And we this location doesn’t even have a working phone number

The service at this place might have been a tad slow since I came at a rush time, but the workers have an amazing chemistry. They were smiling, laughing and covering each other while having amazing customer service.

I don't really have the money to eat out but I was out working and was not starving. $8 for the cheapest meal so I got it pulled in a parking spot and looked in the bag. My fries were cold. My roast beef sandwich was cold and the bread was hard. My sweet tea isn't even that sweet at all either. I feel like crying. I don't have time to wait in that drive through again. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!

I just want to apologize for my actions this evening. There is no excuse for being a jerk. I enjoyed my food. They were very nice. Especially since I was a jerk. Bless you for making my food.

So I go through the drive through. This lady named Ana was rude disrespectful mad for reason just because I wanted to change my order. And I didn't get any ranch on my sliders no spoon for the mac and cheese & no receipt I feel like a got charged alot more for my food...

I'm giving 5 stars even though I waited over 29 minutes for a mobile order, because the service was above and beyond what you usually get in fast food anywhere. I'll start with their computer system died as soon as I walked in. And they couldn't see orders it was a mess. Did they cancel and trim me away nope they apologized and worked very hard to get everyone what they had ordered. I would say for a long wait the service made me still leave with a smile. Being treated like a person is nice.
