Really So Bad Experience With Them and Those staffs were busy with there mobile phones and Very Rudely behaviour by that poor Security guy. Actually he didn't allowed us to park our bike at there and he was Really Behaving with us like Orphans and I am not suggesting this Ghatiya Bank to anyone and look in the pictures that Chu**** Security.

1 star is also a big rating. I have been their customer since 2016. Old customer but now they without any prior notice they are debiting money from my account. When we ask them clearly they visit bank. No customer service from Indusind team. Infact they are like it's ur choice if u want to close the account. They are unprofessional. Mine is now never ending issues with Indusind. I would suggest not to think and open your account in this bank

Worst experience in terms of banking. Seems like I'm dealing with govt bank officials. Have opened my account from 2nd week of June till now my net banking has not been activated. I have been talking to one of the official since last week as I have a urgent transaction to be processed it's then he realises that there is some documentation issue which has not uploaded in their application. Why should customer suffer because of your mistake?? & how much time is needed to fix that? I thought that the bank is hardly 200m away from my residence hence I would get good response whenever needed however I regret banking with this branch.

I am a part of Indusind bank. I am new joiner. Was going to Chakala branch for account opening and this it is times but till no-one helped for this. Me busy hun baad me Aao.. 2 baje k baad Aao.. What is hell yaar.. Seriously very pathetic help and behavior is very bad. We are customer esa karoge behaviour hum log k saath... Bad experience.. And this is the first bank that is I looking
