I go over often to Starbucks located in OIC and Pooja is always there to welcome us with a smile. She knows the customer’s preference and will let us know of any new or diff products that may interest us. Easygoing, ever helpful and always ready with a smile she’s a great asset to the Starbucks team.

This Starbucks is in an office building so you'll have to give your name , phone number etc. at the checkin and then on the first floor you'll find this place.. Its a very professional building and interestingly the Starbucks India head office is also located in the same building. So for casual meet-up dont mistakenly go to this outlet. Rather if you want a quick boost between meetings or relax and sit and get your work done this place suits you but beware very less charging points available and it closes earlier than other Starbucks as its inside an office building. The staff is extremely polite and good and you can order according to your needs.

This branch of Starbucks is one of my favourite coffee shops in Lower Parel. The Location: Just perfect for office people in and around lower parel, but mostly for the Indiabulls finance center office crowd. The ambience is good. It’s mostly not so crowded and you always find a nice cozy place to sit (unlike most SBux, that are crowded). The Food & Beverages: The usual trademark SBux stuff. Some of my favorites; the cold brew Kenyan coffee, the caramel macchiato and the banana loaf cake. The Staff: This SBux has the most amazing people you’ll ever meet. It is mostly because of the friendly staff here, that it is literally my happy place, my comfort zone. I mostly go to this SBux, as it is close to work and I have friends there. The staff welcomes me with beautiful smiles; they know my drink and they know the correct spelling of my name haha. These small things go a long way. Special shout out to Vidya, Manali, Sanjana, Amol, Mahesh, Suraj. All these wonderful people that work at SBux Indiabulls. They are such lovely people, they made me cut their Anniversary Cake. That’s was a fun day. My coffee at SBux is sometimes the highlight of my work day. I look forward to it and to be honest I am addicted to it. I love Sbux because it is the place where good coffee and great conversations live. I highly recommend this place.
