As Always Thambi known for very good food especially South Indian Food, Lunch Thali also available in some options.
Location in front of Boomerang Building in Chandivali, here mostly working crowed comes. Sharply closes at 11 PM in night.
Accepts All kinds of payments.
Always recommended for good vegetarian meals.

Good food at afforable prices. A decent family restaurant with A/C. Food was good both in terms of quality and quantity. The place is a little short staffed which makes the service slow.
They charge 30/- for extra cheese and do justice.

Thambi is a great food chain across Mumbai and never disappoints with the South Indian food variety. I would recommend Thatte Idli with Podi and Ragi Millet Dosa ( not available everyday I guess ).

Thambbi is known for his good quality food. I tried it the first time. I had Ragi Sada Dosa. They made it in ghee.
The packaging was perfect. I received Sambhar, chutney, and dosa in separate packs. everything was in place. no spill.
The taste was good. Sambhar was not hot but fresh.
Quantity was enough for one.

Nice place in Chandivali near boomerang to have morning breakfast, they have a lot of break options in regular and Andhra style. Their chutneys are fresh and tastes yummy.

Visited thambbi, This restaurant is a box of delicious South Indian dishes. This is a perfect place for lunch and breakfast with our family and friends. Hospitality was very good and staff was friendly. There are varieties of dosa's available. Which are very tasty. I liked the filter coffee it was amazing.
I ordered, masala dosa which was crispy and nice in taste. Mini idli, medu wada and sabudana wada. I also ordered choley puri served with pickle and 5 puris. I really enjoyed the food.
