Burger King

I don't eat at Burger King often, but I stopped in this morning. Waited 10 minutes before walking out because they were only attending to the drive thru window while 7-8 people waited in line inside. There were also a half-dozen people still waiting to receive their orders inside. I definitely don't think the food here is worth the wait or the poor service.

This place is usually great but it is somewhat of a homeless hangout. I definitely would not recommend bringing children here. It is a bit dirty and something the Creek dwellers are doing things in the bathrooms that are a bit disgusting. Like anyplace else the employees have good or bad days. The drive thru is a little wait but it's always fresh and hot. Ordering inside will guarantee that you get a cold burger. Burger King is always tasty but if the employees look unhappy it is probably best to spend a few more $$ at the spot. I eat Whoppers regularly and have never gotten sick but sometimes the place does look dirty.

I hate to be one of those people, but I think the owner should know that.... i have never had a bad employee experience but I am quite irritated that every time I go to this location they always tell me they're not making milkshakes, and it's always before close. I have been there around 10:30pm more than 3 different times and I been told they are not making shakes. It's not that I NEED the shake, I just feel, being in the service industry myself, that this is not good for business.

If you get Emma the manager she is rude and hates her job. A simple combo order was request and the lady just orders the burger, then when I saw the receipt the order was just for a $5 dollar veggie burger. Rather than taking the time to fix the error she then tried to charge me full price for a drink and fries and goes too bad I cant give you the combo. If she is the franchise owner then we are out of luck. Afterwards she the start complaining in Spanish and bad mouths people.

Everybody's a critic all of a sudden! Just like any other place, these people have good days and bad days. I have been treated poorly at much nicer places than this! The food is what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. It's fresh, hot and in my experience if they don't get it right, they will make it right!
