No line, no waiting. I ordered quickly and my drink was made just as quickly. In and out. My vanilla sweet cream cold brew was made to my liking!

Staff here are great. But, the place was closed Wed, 6/22/2022, without explanation. Can’t imagine why mgt thinks this is OK.

1st time at this location, but it seemed perfectly. Customers where flowing thru with ease placing and picking up online orders like clockwork

Working in the Village, this is one of my first stops in the morning fir coffee for the past 13 years. I love this place. But today I left my wallet at home, and did not know what to do for lunch. I had a little money on my Starbucks app, but had never tried Starbucks for lunch. Jennifer saw me standing there looking unsure about what to do so she asked, “do you need a refill Jackie?” I told her my dilemma and she said, “ Don’t worry it’s on us.” In a very kind and confident voice. I had a sandwich and green tea, and a smile while eating it. She is just one of the kind young ladies that work at that Hollywood/Cahaba Starbucks. I will have my money tomorrow, and a very nice tip!

My wife and I would come here when I was in grad school to get work done. A cozy environment. Thankfully that have some comfier chairs for reading. Makes for a good place to chill for a few hours to get some work done.

Pretty cozy even considering how busy they were and fast service as well. I've been in less busy Starbucks and been served in a much less timely manner.
